What Is a Nazar?

A Nazar is an eye-shaped amulet that protects against the evil eye. Some may think that the amulet its self is the evil eye, but it actually is not! The evil eye is a curse given to you when you receive a malefic gaze. The Nazar is used in accordance with common sayings such as "an eye for an eye", where another eye can be used to protect the recipient from the evil eye. It originated in Tukey, but it can also be seen in ancient Egyptian Gods - Osiris. Osiris was believed to have protective powers which grew the idea of the benevolent eye.

You can wear a Nazar amulet to protect yourself from any malefic gaze. You can purchase lots of different Nazar items in our shop! When you lose the amulet or it breaks, that means that you have been protected from the evil eye and you should replace the Nazar immediately so you're constantly protected!
