Welcome back to the Oopsy Daisy Blog, today I'm going to teach you about the

full moon rituals!

What happens on a full moon?

As you may know, tomorrow is a full moon which means it is the end of a lot of things. Excessive emotion is noticed and it may manifest into something positive or negative.

things you should do:

➝ Cleanse your mind and your space - let go of anything that doesn't serve you anymore. However, don't do any deep cleaning as you want to save your energy.

➝ Meditate - meditation will help you channel your energy. You will also be able to reflect on your actions and thoughts - full moons are about endings so think about what you have done and how you can improve.

➝ Charge your crystals!!! The moon's light is amazing for charging your crystals. So simply leave them in the moonlight - the longer the better!

supplies:

➝ Incense, Sage, or Palo Santo

➝ Essential Oils

➝ Meditative Music

➝ Bells, drums, tingshas, or singing bowls.

➝ Crystals! Moonstone, Selenite, Amethyst, and ClearQuartz are particularly attuned to the energy of the Full Moon

➝ Oracle Cards or Tarot Cards

➝ Candles

create your sacred space:

➝ Put on some music.

➝ Light a candle.

➝ Burn some Sage, Palo Santo, or Incense.

➝Create a Full Moon Altar - set out symbols of what you want to amplify in your experience.

➝ Sit in a peaceful place Outside in Nature under the light of the Full Moon.

perform a ritual:

➝ write down what no longer serves you and then rip it up/burn it then hold it into the moonlight and say: “I Now Release This into The Light of the Divine.”

➝ amplify your intentions by holding an object and tuning into its energy. Visualise your intentions and what you want but also be grateful for what you have.
